Pete Gulick joined Mike Lewis Architects in 2021 and has been collaborating with Mike and the studio since 1989.

As an architect for the past 30 years, Pete has designed, drawn, managed, and worked on a wide range and scale of projects. Pete has honed his expertise in everything from furniture design, apartments, townhouses, and NYC rooftop additions (including the former William Randolph Hearst Penthouse overlooking the Hudson River “San Simeon East”), to houses in Tuxedo Park, others off the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, a family estate on the private island of Mustique in the Caribbean, and even a unique 155-foot expedition yacht.

Pete grew up in Sloatsburg, New York, worked as a carpenter and ski instructor while studying art and architecture at Pratt Institute, and is a licensed architect and fisherman in the state of New York.
