Before joining MLA in 2018, Nicole grew up in Colorado, attended Northwestern University for undergrad, and moved to New York in 2005 where she studied design at Pratt Institute. A diverse professional trajectory in design, content creation, and project management are how she marries a flare for the creative with a knack for the nitty gritty. She brings experience in diverse start-ups and institutional organizations alike and has worked with clients in a slew of industries including the World Trade Center, MoMA, Nike, and the UN. Toting an affection for innovation, Nicole can usually be found in that intersection between the left and right brain where hyper organization meets the visionary.
