Crystal Pickard joined Michael Lewis Architects in 2021 from a boutique Manhattan firm bringing nearly a decade of high end residential experience. Prior to that, her diverse experience in planning, commercial, and healthcare design give her a well rounded knowledge base to lead projects of all scale from inception to completion. 

As a licensed architect, Crystal believes that the client, and the greater community, is best served when the designer, owner, and builder act as a team working to ensure the final product is the best it can be given all real-world constraints.
